How to Organize PDF Pages Online
A PDF often needs tidying before you share it: a scanned page is upside down, two pages are in the wrong order, or a blank page slipped in. Fixlytools shows every page as a thumbnail so you can fix all of that in one place and save a clean copy.
- Upload your PDF: Click "Choose PDF File" or drop a PDF onto the page. Thumbnails of every page appear straight away.
- Rearrange the pages: Drag a page to a new position, or use the left and right arrow buttons under it.
- Rotate, duplicate or delete: Use the rotate button for sideways pages, the copy button to repeat a page, and the trash button to remove one.
- Save: Press "Save PDF" and the new file downloads to your device. Your original file is never changed.

Does rotating a page change its text or quality?
No. Rotation only changes the direction the page is displayed in. The text and images on the page are not touched.
How do I remove pages from a PDF?
Press the trash button under a page. The saved PDF contains only the pages that are still in the grid, and your original file stays as it was.
Will bookmarks and form fields be kept?
Page content, images and fonts are kept. Document-level extras such as bookmarks and fillable form fields may not be carried over, and links that point to other pages can stop working after pages are moved or removed.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
No. Remove the password first, then upload the unlocked file.
